The products will be sent to the location you have indicated in the Order Form by courier service. The choice of the courier is at the discretion of our company.

-Shipments or collections from our offices are made daily, except Sundays and holidays.

-The shipping cost is €3.08 (2 kilos) + €1.11 (per additional kilo) for cities and prefecture capitals that are characterized as accessible by the Cooperating Couriers (including VAT).

– Cash on delivery costs €3.60.

– Transport company (delivery to its warehouses or other transport Athens – Thessaloniki) €0.20 per kilo

-These charges concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as inaccessible.

-For areas that are outside the courier service network and are classified as inaccessible, shipping costs will vary. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transportation after the Order Confirmation in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours.

-If you do not agree with the transportation cost, you are entitled within 8 hours from the time of receipt of the relevant information to request the correction or cancellation of the order, provided that the shipment has not been executed. The expiration of this deadline will constitute proof of agreement and acceptance by you of the transportation cost.

-The execution of the order for available products is carried out within 24-48 hours and the shipping time must be added to this.

-Blue Line Waters will make every effort to send you the products within 1-3 working (Monday to Friday) days.

-For products whose availability is “ON ORDER” or “LIMITED AVAILABILITY” and provided that they can be ordered by us, the delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday). The place of delivery is indicated in the Registration Confirmation. Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.

For orders outside Greece

The choice of carrier and the shipping cost is the customer’s choice after being informed of the final shipping cost depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. For the exact shipping cost outside Greece, please contact us.
